The Desire for the Journey

We walk the paths in the journey of our artistic lives. It doesn't matter how far a person has gone, or if even if the way has been lost, as long as the passion, the love and the joy are still there we believe that every moment is a step forward. The desire to keep walking is all that matters and all that is required.

Empty Your Cup

We believe in humbling oneself, putting the ego aside, and always keeping an open mind. It does not matter how much a person learns or how much his or her skill has developed, there is always a chance to learn something new even from the most novice seeming.

The teacup is the symbol of Itadaki. The only way to taste the tea of another person is to empty your cup.

my favorites in rough order

Gundam Seed Destiny
Gundam Seed
Welcome to the NHK
Kare Kano
Ryuusei no Rockman

I don't really watch anime anymore, at one point I wondered if I, in actuality, do not really like anime as much as I myself have thought I did. The following are anime I've watched at least to some extent, but not on my favorites list, I may like or dislike any of these: Eureka Seven, Hajime no Ippo (a cool boxing anime), Evangelion, FLCL, Digimon Tamers, Honey Clover, Chobits, Initial D, Love Hina, Hack Sign, Trigun, Pokemon Advance, Sonic X, Final Fantasy Unlimited, Inuyasha, Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, MS Gundam, Z Gundam, Gundam Wing, Haruhi, Cowboy Bebop.. and though I like aspects of Rahxephon, Heroic Age, and Yugioh (both the full series and season 0) I might not say they are my favorites... except maybe Yugioh.. that show is epic. My bro showed me a Code Geass R2.. that series seems really neat to be honest. Oh and the Street Fighter Alpha movie.. I enjoyed that.

Ronin Warriors.. that show reminds me of Zero from Megaman X (or vice-versa rather) and in a good way.. but it never occured to me to actually watch the show. Maybe I should?

The old-old Ronin Warriors? Ah kay, yeah. Good stuff. I'd say Zero is possibly based on them, but the concept of long-haired warriors is actually kinda old.

If I'm not mistaken (feel free to correct), the depicted length of the warrior's hair can also be an indication of its strength and skill. Its been a minute or so since I last studied Japanese culture though.

I definitely messed this up last time I tried to post.. but I need to share this. I don't watch very many anime series anymore, but I came across one that has just become my favorite, it's so beautiful <3 It's called Mushi-Shi, it has a GORGEOUS art style and unique story lines that depict human nature and "surreal" natural beings, all set in the heart and culture of older Japan.

I don't really watch anime that much, but I do like Cowboy Bebop. I'd probably like Initial D if I got to see it.
