The Desire for the Journey

We walk the paths in the journey of our artistic lives. It doesn't matter how far a person has gone, or if even if the way has been lost, as long as the passion, the love and the joy are still there we believe that every moment is a step forward. The desire to keep walking is all that matters and all that is required.

Empty Your Cup

We believe in humbling oneself, putting the ego aside, and always keeping an open mind. It does not matter how much a person learns or how much his or her skill has developed, there is always a chance to learn something new even from the most novice seeming.

The teacup is the symbol of Itadaki. The only way to taste the tea of another person is to empty your cup.

The Itadaki Forum is all about cultivating this.

The Dark Knight-Looks awesome

The Hobbit-Ugh, so far off, by still, yay.

The Passenger-Movie about Iggy Pop, one of my favorite singers. Pop himself has approved the script so it should be good.

Will agree the Dark Knight looks amazing. Begins really helped reshape Batman movies into something that was... watchable x3

I'm kind of excited about Hellboy 2. I found the first one entertaining and this one looks to be as well, not to mention directed by the guy who did Pan's Labyrinth.. If nothing else the imagery will be amazing.

I heard about it a while back and I just saw a preview for it -- the new Mummy movie.

I'm actually kind of looking forward to it ^_^ And I've always had a soft spot for Brendan Fraiser. And Jet Li is the bad guy \o.o/ It could kick a lot of ass.

THE LIST

Postby Variis on Mon Jul 07, 2008 6:16 pm

Battle Angel Alita - James Cameron is directing it! late 2009 or 2010, currently in pre-production. He's a fan of the manga, and hopes to make a trilogy! :o

The Dark Knight - Me likey Batman
Hellboy 2 - Its fun. Del Toro also directed the first one before making Pan's Labyrinth, and he's slated to make 'The Hobbit' which is the prequel to The Lord of Rings.
The Hobbit - Might as well throw that one in there now.
The Mummy 3: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor - These movies are so much win.
Bolt - "LET IT BEGIN!"
Terminator Salvation - More Terminator? The war in the future? Christian Bale as John Connor? Yes, please. Oh, its the start of a new trilogy? Even better.
World of WarCraft - Its being made by Legendary, the same production company making the new Batman films. Should be fun. I also have three 70s... *cough*
Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen - Tentative title from the entertainment grapevine. 'The Fallen' is one of the original 13 cybertronians made to fight Unicron, and ultimately sided with him instead. If that is the storyline they're running with, I'm very excited. Because the first one was so successful, more money will be spent to bring the transformers themselves to the foreground this time around, lol.
Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince - Duh.
Star Trek - I is curious, and I like Star Trek for the most part. Big Next Generation fan, I'm sad those are over with.
Iron Man 2 - Yeah. I went there.
Avatar - James Cameron's current project. Its a tightly underwraps sci-fi epic.
'Superman Returns Sequel' - Brian Singer wants to throw in some villians that Clark can punch and get real angry with. Sign me up.
Robotech - Not quite Macross but I like it. Toby McGuire is producing it.

I'm sure there are others too, but I need to get back to my gaming.

The Dark Knight - I absolutely loved the last Batman movie, and I'm really looking forward to this one.

Hellboy 2 - I loved Hellboy and the previews for Hellboy 2 look amazing. I'm already unbelievably giddy about seeing it! With any luck I might see it opening weekend. Fingers crossed!

Dragonball - :eheh: I have an open mind, I wanna see it. Toriyama already said it's like "Dragonball in another world" so why not. And apparently a 2nd movie is already in the works.

17 Again - I think that's what it's called. Has Matthew Perry (I'm a Friends fanatic) and Zac Efron. (I'm not a HSM fan, but it looks like an interesting movie, to me at least)
