Does anyone know if they post J-Pop music videos on MTV? I've been trying to find such a place, but all I hear is "They don't allow it."

I'll do one for every genre. Caution: majority of my selections are hip hop influenced.

MTV in Japan plays their music of course, but here, heck no. Never seen it. I caught my J-pop/K-pop on either an International Channel or there's also AsianTV in my area too. Comcast on Demand has Bento Beatbox on the Anime Channel on Demand too. But those are, as far as I know, the only cable stations that play Asian mvs.
