<strong>The Desire for the Journey</strong>

We walk the paths in the journey of our artistic lives. It doesn't matter how far a person has gone, or if even if the way has been lost, as long as the passion, the love and the joy are still there we believe that every moment is a step forward. The desire to keep walking is all that matters and all that is required.

<strong>Empty Your Cup</strong>

We believe in humbling oneself, putting the ego aside, and always keeping an open mind. It does not matter how much a person learns or how much his or her skill has developed, there is always a chance to learn something new even from the most novice seeming.

The teacup is the symbol of Itadaki. The only way to taste the tea of another person is to empty your cup.

...And tell something about it.

Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion - A pretty new anime that's currently on [Adult Swim] in the US. Its about a teenager named -looks it up- Lelouch is hiding out in Japan to take down the Britanian Empire using a magic power and local Japanese rebel forces with mechs. Surprisingly good, and is made by CLAMP, so the visuals don't disappoint.

Betterman - This is an old one, it was on Anime Unleashed (Tech TV cira 2003) its about a crew investigating a mysterious disease-thing called "Algernon*" That is wreaking havoc upon humanity. This is also a mech show, but is more horror. Also very good and cerebral, they discus philosophy amidst fanservice and corny innuendo from the main character.

Oh, okay. Let's see. I am re-watching:

Excel Saga - a hyperactive girl who will do anything for her idealist boss Il Palazzo and experiences the most random life events ever in existence. It's an amusing anime but very awkward to keep up with if you don't like ones that don't have much common sense in them.

Cowboy Bebop - an old anime, jazzy music throughout it. About some bounty hunters in their quest to actually GET a bounty. It's quite comical and I like how it flows with regular characters but the stories are different every time.

New anime I am watching:

Peter Pan No Bouken - sort of speaks for itself, a Peter Pan anime, quite strange as Captain Hook looks terrifyingly bad. It's quite an old anime, I believe it was out around the 80's cannot quite remember.

Lucky Star - have recently just finished this one, it's about a school girl otaku who loves anime and massive online games as opposed to other stuff she should be concerned with. It's really cute and extremely funny.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei - a depressed teacher and an overly optimistic school girl - hilarity ensues. I've not watched much of this but I really enjoy what I have seen, it's sick in a really amusing way.

I am also starting to watch Ouran High School Host Club as I've heard good things about it just never known whether to buy it or not.

Code Geass is great Lonely, glad you're getting into it. I've already watched it subbed, and I'm currently on season 2.

Clannad - I actually just finished this, but it's a basic high school slice of life, but MUCH more focused on the emotional side. Made me cry, but I highly recommend it. It's based off of a love sim game in Japan, so it is a bit of a harem anime in a way, but there's nothing to not like.

Macross Frontier - New series in honor of the 25th anniversary of Macross. The visuals of the battles are stunning, and the music is done by Yoko Kanno. Amazing stuff.

Macross Frontier - As Chevi described. Been a Macross fan for as long as I can remember. This new one is amazing.

Code Geass R2 - Second season of Code Geass.

Baki the Grappler - Not really much to this anime, but I'm enjoying it. A 13 year old boy trains and fights to become the strongest.

Cool. I have yet to find something from CLAMP that I didn't like. Hell, I read all of Tokyo Babylon back when I was completely straight.

I must watch the new Macross now simply because Yoko Kana does the music. :P

Yoko Kana is a brilliant composer. I think I will watch the new Macross because of that, I am not a big fan of it to be honest but if I enjoy the music it may be enough to keep me going.

I liked Macross to begin with, but the new series is really enjoyable IMO. I may be my favorite as far as mecha shows go. The music really does heighten the experience. :D

Currently re-watching Elfen Lied. I tend to prefer manga for whatever reason.

Ah see I am not a huge fan of Mecha anime. Although if the music is good enough I can usually let it slide. :P I really enjoyed Elfen Lied although there was a part of it I did not like at all and was crying at...

I'm not a huge fan either (mostly because most mecha anime are too slow and political for me) but I can easily recommend Macross Frontier. Then again I am interested in mech itself, having grown up with Transformers. :3

I am now getting into One Piece. Currently on the Skypiea Arc of the series. I love how this anime is so consistent with it's story. Oda seems to care a great deal about his story and characters. It makes me laugh, cry, and rage. Seriously amazing series.
