Welcome
Welcome to Itadaki.

The Desire for the Journey

We walk the paths in the journey of our artistic lives. It doesn't matter how far a person has gone, or if even if the way has been lost, as long as the passion, the love and the joy are still there we believe that every moment is a step forward. The desire to keep walking is all that matters and all that is required.

Empty Your Cup

We believe in humbling oneself, putting the ego aside, and always keeping an open mind. It does not matter how much a person learns or how much his or her skill has developed, there is always a chance to learn something new even from the most novice seeming.

The teacup is the symbol of Itadaki. The only way to taste the tea of another person is to empty your cup.

The Itadaki Forum is all about cultivating this.

Stan Lee is my favorite comic book artist hands down.

As for writters I don't have favorites, and I don't remember their names so I can't tell you who's works I like lol.

Stan Lee's not an artist, he's a writer. :P

I don't really have favorite writers...but I do have favorite artists:

- Omar Dogan, who is the artist for Sakura Legends by Udon, and various other Udon comics. He does the most amazing Rival Schools stuff.
- Kevin Lau, who is one of the main artists for Vampirella (and the only reason I even bothered picking up those comics) as well as another artist for Udon.
- Patrick Spaziante, the kickass artist for most of the older Sonic the Hedgehog comics. His style seems to have gone downhill, but for me his best work is seen in in Sonic the Hedgehog #25. ;)
- Michael Turner, who I think draws some beautiful girls. It's so sad what has happened to him recently, may he rest in peace.
- Jo Chen, who I mostly know from the Runaways covers. Gorgeous art.
- Jim Lee, who does one of the most gorgeous Psylockes EVER.
- Joe Madueira, I miss Battle Chasers.
- Tommy Ohtsuka, who did the Marvel Mangaverse (more recent one). His Black Cat is gorgeous.

I will name more when I think of them.

Tom Fiscbasch (SP) - Twokinds

I know plenty of other artists, but not by name. x__x
